i am sick of the in door camera not work , firmware not updating . Is this worth having at all ? I dont not get alerts when i am out , the door sensors do not work , the hallway sensor does not work ! The only thing that works is the doorbell chime Oh and if it rains you cant see threw the camera lense !!! I have had a new indoor camera, only yesterday and that does not work , sound ok not picture.
Oh and what is the point of the useless live chat ?
all of this worked fine for a month , first of all the notifications stopped then the hall way sensor stopped , door sensors are pointless badly desingned ! Only thing that works is the moisture sensor ....I live in a bungalow with a wet room not a bathroom so thats pointless to me.
I am not ungrateful i [removed] just wont the [removed] things to work !
One last thing Why is that app only for mobile ? why not for widows etc... My eyesite isnt that good and hate using dam phones all the time, get this sorted please
