This is so strange, I spoke to them and was pretty sure it wasn't Sky. I rang Sky who confirmed it had rung me and is part of their insurance team.

The call with Sky felt less genuine than the original call!

Found an 'opt-out' at the bottom of this page ("Share my details with Sky Protect") https://www.sky.com/mydetails/data-and-personalisation

They didn't even speak to me when I answered the call and hung up so like you I have blocked the number. In think you can alsonrelort the number as spam when you block it and your mobile network share the report that it is spam with other people in the same network when the number calls them
