Is Sky ringing customers about a drop in cover price? Os is it a scam?

I've had 2 calls today supposedly from Sky about a drop in price of my cover. The number in the help article just goes to a recorded message and the chat bot is useless.

Are they ringing customers or is this a scam?

Best advice would be to give the Sky (D&G) device insurance number in this article and ask them if they have the same offer;
