Insurance policy cancel without intimations

my phone was lost 4 days ago when i call on D&G customer care they told me we don't give uou replacement because your policy is cancelled. i ask them why they don't have answer. but payment is deducted last month. they don't give any mail

Afraid you will just have to take this up with D&G.

There is nothing the community can really help you with around such account or policy  issues, especially as the cover is provided and run via a third party on behalf of Sky.
