What is that you're describing? A quick Google search for "CH160-UKIE" did not find anything (or anything even related to Sky).

Based on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqidqnxHea8, this is a leak detector, as part of the Sky Protect kit. At 12:26 in the video, the presenter opens the leak detector packaging. To the bottom right of the video at this time, there is a manual that is upside down, but it reads CH160-UKIE.

You can return it to Sky by putting it into a box and sending it back to Sky. I would advise you to insert a note to say you found the leak detector and where you found it, otherwise they won't know why you're sending it back to them.

You will need to print a label. You can get a label by:
UK:

  1. Go to Royal Mail: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/2164
  2. For "Your Sky order details":
    • Door number and postcode: insert 0
    • Return reason: Faulty
  3. Enter your contact details.
  4. Check "My item does not exceed the maximum weight and size limit. My item does not contain any restricted or prohibited goods"
  5. Click "Create your label"
  6. Click "Download return label (Optional)"
  7. Affix the label and bring it to a Parcel Postbox, Postbox, Locker, ParcelShop (Collect + or Post Office) or Delivery Office. There is no charge.

Ireland:

  1. Go to An Post -  https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post
  2. Click Book a return.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Retailer: Sky.
    • Reason for return: Choose an option. (Choose "Other")
    • Order number: Your Sky account number. (leave as "000000000000", (twelve zeros))
  4. Enter your details or Continue as guest.
  5. Select Drop off.
  6. Then affix the label to the box and bring it to your local An Post post office. There is no charge.
