How to contact sky home insurance?

This seems essentially impossible.

 

I want to cancel my insurance policy, Ive followed the guide and called the 0333 number from the bottom of the screen but I cant get past the automated message (selecting 1 or 2 as it asks does nothing...).

 

Anyone have any bright ideas?

@RH66 Have you tried the number or e-mail address that is in the Sky protect app from the home screen click on settings under user information click help and support then the insurance support icon the first option is get in touch
