This is driving me bonkers.
I joined Sky Protect 2 days ago and the policy has not started yet.
First off I couldn't receive any documentations through my email (not alone in this, I read here), but then we changed email and now it is OK.
Now I was trying to access the portal (which I assume extists...) and on tis board, and nowhere else, discovered that it is

however, it is asking for my account number which is made up of three letters and 7 numbers, but wherever I look I only find 7 numbers and it is not being accepted.
All this hassle does NOT bode well in case of a claim having to be made.
Before I phone AGAIN to customer service, can anyone shed any light?
