Only require to keep say a week of events.

The recordings are all stored on the Sky Protect cloud for 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically. You cannot change this schedule.
The recordings are not stored locally on your devices.

You can manually delete videos through the Sky protect app by selecting each day and pressing delete against each recording..
