How do I excalate a complaint

I have been a sky customer for 22 years

I have had the worst customer service experience today - a young man called Dan in Sky Protect, if this is the level of unenthusiasm and unhelpfulness you can expect from Sky Protect when you call in, I wish I had never signed up? he pretty much in the first instance made me feel like the information I had received from DPD on behalf of Sky did not exist - totally unhelpful

one VERY unhappy long standing Sky Customer

who has Sky Q / Mobile / Boradband and now Sky Protect, although I am regretting this!!!!
