How do I check the wording on my sky protect building and content insurance?, I have tried download.

I have tried to download my insurance documents and wording but states this has already been downloaded and won't let me access the documents anymore. Can I have these sent in the post as hard copies

You'll need to contact the specific Sky Protect support service directly for that: it won't happen from a forum post.
