@GabrielleBath

We can't send you anything. I’m afraid you are not contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.

I haven't got Sky Protect but I presume you'll have to contact Sky if documents haven't been sent/emailed to you.

The document may be in the Your Messages section of your My Sky account.

That is generally where Sky tend to make documents available when you sign up to new contracts and services

@MarkGoldsmith @Daniel0210   @GabrielleBath are Sky covered as an insurance broker in regards to this version of Sky protect? Domestic and general are the underwriters of the other branded product and the documents are issued by them directly, I would imagine whoever is the underwriter of this particular version of the product is responsible for the documentation and they would be who to contact if sky are not the underwriter.

so the first question is who is the underwriter, unfortunately I myself can't remember the answer

edit : the underwriter is different depending upon what is insured as per the underwriting section of the link below but it's not Sky

@GabrielleBath

If you mean Sky Protect operated by Domestic and General Insurance which covers Sky TV equipment and potentially your TV and/or mobile phones, D & G email/post your documents at the commencement of your cover and annually.
