I have just got a quote online for home insurance. I was happy with it and filled in all the bank and direct debit details. It asked me to confirm the payment on my banking app which I did but when I went back to the sky page, it said there were technical difficulties and to try later. However, the first payment is pending to come out of my bank. I have not received and details of the policy so I am unsure if anything was confirmed even though payment is pending.
