Help! I have a leak in my kitchen and have had to turn off my water. I have tried to contact claims but after ten minutes of giving my details was cut off and now the number isnt available at all.
I am 71 and no water or heating.
What can i do. I have mailed customer services. Its very very cold here where i live.

yes i have now done this. customer services say ring zurich as they are the underwirters, zurich put me through to the number at sky protect which then worked but not for me. They then put me through to zurich home emergencies. They say they are checking my policy as they cant find it.
i have instigated a complaint but in the mean time i have a leaky ceiling thats now beginning to bring the plaster down.

You will need to keep calling via phone

Would suggest at the beginn8ng of the call, like for a claim, to make sure you give your mobile or landline contact number, in case your call drops, so they can ring you back.
