Doorbell
I have recently got my doorbell and I had a notification that it needed charging so I removed it and plugged it into the chime to charge, all good, I had a full blue light and I can view via the app however my app still says 0%, is this charged or not? Will it fail within a hour or so?

Re: Doorbell
Just to be sure.
You need to charge it overnight or for a good 6-8 hours.
Best to charge it using the supplied usb cable and connected via the chime.
When charging, the doorbell will flash yellow and blue for the 6- 8 hours and be blue once charged.

Re: Doorbell
Hi, it's been charging for 6 hrs and initially flashing yellow and blue, it then turned all is blue after 6 hrs. It was also charged using the cable it came with and was connected to the chime

Re: Doorbell
Sometimes when it's in a kind of stuck state, the trick is to remove the doorbell, switch it off at back with the on/off switch and leave off for at least ten mins.
Switch back on and hopefully it wakes up and it shows the charge correctly.
