I read one of these posts said there doorbell was a long way from  WiFi box and  indoor ring, it was draining the battery. I live in a flat and distance between mine is no more than 5 metres.

I find it great I can check who has been to my door when I was out.  Real good for parcel deliveries etc. 

Ive not had any problems at all.
In fact would like to install one on my back door entrance for security but not sure if I can add another to my system. Need to check that out

I think there's 2 out of a hundred happy with these doorbells you would think sky would do something about it rubbish and a total waste of time

Mine went from 93% to empty in 12 hours 😂 it's the biggest pile of rubbish I've seen I expect it's from Temu 🙄

I don't have issues with the battery only issue I have is the connection my chime has 2 bar and If I put it closer to the doorbell I won't see ir hear the chine plus when there is detection or door bells is pressed the chime is very quiet it's turned up fully but I assume it's due to the signal strength

This is really poor considering the added cost to the insurance premium for this equipment. My 1st charge lasted 3 days. The kit also feels really cheap and nasty. The clip holding the bell to the frame will not last long. This may well end up just as camera for my garden. very disappointed.

Should have stuck with my Eziviz. 60 days after charging...
