Yes i have & it's absolutely **bleep** i need to charge it every 2 to 3 days & then re connect it which is a real pain definitely buying a proper one not this junk should have known it was **bleep** being cheap

I have had my door since end of April, completly unfit for purpose, full charge will last 2 days , sky trouble shooting tips

 

  1. Can you please bring the doorbell inside.
  2. Give it a full charge overnight,
  3. take it off charge and turn it on.
  4. place the doorbell directly next to the chime, and turn the DoorBell on
  5. Please leave the doorbell in that location for 24 hours.
  6. Ring the doorbell from time to time. It is important the doorbell is doing something to simulate normal use.

WIFI signal is ok, it shows 3 bars on the app, cant really get it any closer than it is , right by the front door less than a foot , i will follow the above tips and proberly going to replace it with something like a ring doorbell as other people have done.

 

My advice for anyone thinking of getting one, is don't
