Since recharging the video doorbell, the image now appears in the app upside down.
There are no settings that I can find for setting orientation and rebooting the camera doesn't help.

Mine has done the same, attempted several reboots, but nothing changed.
Has your doorbell now returned to normal out of interest.

This started after the last recharge, I noticed it was upside down before refitting it to the door and thought it may be an automatic orientation feature, so I rebooted it 'right way up' but it's made no difference.
But hey, the good news is - I've got a new forum badge! Whoopy.

I'm sure you have sorted this issue by now however I had the same issue and have just found out how to sort it in the camera settings it has 'Rotate image 180' which was toggled on, must have selected by mistake when moving now have toggled it off and image is now the correct way up

I checked the settings looking for that kind of switch when the problem arose at first, but couldn’t see it. I've updated the camera and chime firmware today, no change.
Are you using an Android app? I'm on iPhone.

I'm using Android...
I tried to attach an image to this message however it doesn't appear to let you do that, on mine:
Open the indoor camera from app
In the Top right there is a 'Cog'' which opens settings, you then have a menu as follows:
- Name & Location
- Video Recording settings
- Configuration - (in here almost at the bottom) Rotate Image 180 (which you can toggle on / off)
- Technical Information
