Doorbell recordings unavailable for part of the day

On 14th December, I have a series of videos captured from my ring doorbell.   Videos captured before 10:30am and after 5pm are all available to view and share.  But none of the content captured between this window is available to view or share.   This window contains some information that was needed for an incident and I am trying to recover / store this.  Any ideas?

When you say it isn't available, is there a play icon at the right hand side? If there isn't, then for some reason no recordings occured (the event was just logged). There must have been a technical reason why the chime couldn't upload the video to the Sky servers. I'm this case I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done.

 

If there is a play icon then keep on trying. I've found that this does happen from time to time and eventually it will play.

The play icon is available.  But if I press play or try and download nothing happens
