Good evening, we set up our sky protect video doorbell yesterday and it's all connecting properly and will give notifications when someone is at the door but will not show live view or allow us to speak to whoever is there. I've disconnected and tried again and still same issue. Does anyone have suggestions please and thank you

Mines the same. at first there was no video at all (previously worked), then they sent me a replacement chime and doorbell. Now it records video, but refuses to show a live camera. This set up is totally unreliable.

I have exactly the same issue. Been told today that it is a known bug but that they have no timeline as to when it will be fixed!!! Offered me an extra indoor camera!!!

Just set my door bell and got same issue. That's chime, motion detection, speak to and hear visitor are working, but no video of any kind.

Has this been sorted as I am getting no video on my Samsung but my wife has exactly the same phone and hers works fine. I have tried everything I can think off.

After 2 weeks of back and forth emails and phone calls to solve the issue I gave up, it's now back in the box

Not for my Android phone, which is a Redmi Note 11 Pro, running Android version 13. However, the Sky Door Bell works fine on my iPad. I assume the Door Bell has serious issues with Android devices. Tech support do know of the issue when I rang them in mid December. I suggest everyone who has an issue should contact tech support. It might force a solution.

We had this problem on android phone I looked through the trouble shooting and found the firmware trouble shooting said to check in the device settings if it needs an update. So checked the settings in the app and there was an update updated the doorbell and the chime now working perfectly hope it helps 👍

My door bell shows-
Device Updates : Up to date
Firmware version: 4.43.0.0100
can't see anything under settings > Apps > Manage Apps > Sky Protect ..... that requires an update. Think you must be lucky with your phone.
