Doorbell not ringing only sending notifications

I have set up my doorbell all connected and full green lights, all looks ok except it will not ring when pressed, only sends a notification and we can not speak to anyone who is at the door, all looks correct on the app? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

update firmware in app mine done that was fine after update

As mentioned above, a new firmware update went out last few days for the devices.
Try applying the update and hopefully your issues will be fixed.

Thank you both, I have updated the firmware and it is updated, now I can not connect soi will reset a d try again
