Doorbell not charging
Doorbell was 15% battery yesterday, I put it onto charge but whilst on charge there is no flashing of Blue to Red. Battery now 10%. I have rebooted, turned off for 10 minutes but nothing happens. I don't know what to try next

Would normally as you have mentioned suggest turning off the doorbell for a short while and on again and retry the charging.
If that does not resolve your issue, would suggest clicking on the Need to get in touch button at the bottom of this Sky Protect Help article, where you can email support for help or even request a replacement, if their further help does not resolve your issue.
