I have an issue with the doorbell.
It connects and sets up ok, have full strength coverage, then usually, within a day, the coverage goes. I get notifications but when I log into the app there is nothing saved and nothing to view. I get notifications that the battery has died after a day or so, despite it being fully charged.
The other devices are all connected and have strong signal, including the front door motion sensor, which is literally the other side of the door.
It's a one bed flat with the distance to the chime approx. 5m through one brick wall so should not be a signal issue.
It is fully charged, firmware up to date.
Any advice?

Hi,
I'm having a similar issue with the doorbell. It was fine. Then the battery went dead so I charged it up and now I have no connection. It just shows I have no battery and zero connection. I get notifications but you can't see anything.
