@sammi2 have you checked that the doorbellis using the latest firmware or can you confirm what firmware your device is on

This problem was fixed in the last Sky Protect app update.

Make sure you have the latest app update installed.

when I spoke to someone over email they said my phone was compatible as my cameras work my indoor sensors and motion detector works. My phone is an Oppo A54 13.0 version
