Doesn't anyone knows how to get in touch with home protect team?
Been trying to speak with the team for 2 days but the number doesnt allow to choose options and cancels the call after numerous tries. There is no email address for team and the digital assist doesn't recognise the query.
It has been reported to Sky that this number is not responding for some customers. All we can say is keep trying the number again later.
In the meantime. Sky think it may be certain handset types that may be causing the issue, connecting to their system. To help Sky, could you let us know what type of handset you are using to call?
