Does my sky protect doorbell only allow me to view/capture images from the notifications I receive?

I need to see if I have any footage from a certain date and time, but it's not flagged as a "notification" on my app - can I search for the time period I need to view?

You cannot search as such, but do it this way.


Videos are stored in the cloud for up to 30 days. These can be downloaded and shared before they're automatically deleted. Just tap the Video Doorbell on your Sky Protect app homepage, choose the date and time of the clip you want, and hit Share.
