Deleted Video Clips

I would like to know how I can stop secondary users from deleting video clips from the app, 

It shows a list of things that they can do but no option to edit these settings.

Also how do I retrieve clips that have been deleted manually from the app. (less than 30 days so would not have been deleted from the server yet.)

@fionajfleming I dont think there is any way to stop  secondary users from deleting video clips except from removing them as secondary users.

I also think that by deleting then from your phone/tablet this removes them from cloud storage as nothing is actually stored on ypur device
