Connection problems

I am unable to connect my sky protect I door camera to my WiFi can anyone help - please keep it basic I'm a learner with all this

@Lyns24  Is the chime connected to the router and has synced up to a blue light on it? You then have to follow what it tells you on your mobile device to sync the doorbell and chime.
