After recharging the doorbell the light on the chime unit would not stop flashing a blue light. This was also occurring on the doorbell as well.
I have had these two devices off for the last couple of days and removed same from the app. On trying to reinstall the chime continues to flash the blue light and will not turn solid blue to enable me to progress to the next stage of installation.
This is the third time I have had to reinstall the product - it appears to be very unreliable.

Update:
Contacted Sky and after transfers to three different departments eventually discussed issue with Matt. A replacement doorbell and chime unit are to be despatched.
