Check Internet connection

This is the second door bell I have had. The first wouldn't since at all when I pressed the sync button on the back of the door bell, so sky sent me a new one. This time, it is syncing and says its connected,  but then shortly after it says check Internet connection 🙄 🤔.  Any advice would be appreciated. Please sky tech,  sort this problem out.

I am getting the same issue.


The doorbell has been working fine for a few months.

 

I took it off to charge it on Tuesday. Once charged, it wouldnt come back online.  

 

I have reset both the doorbell and charm and re-added to app.

 

Charm connects fine, door bell goes as far as Setup Complete but the app times out and the doorbell doesn't appear in the app.

Hi Jim yes that is the same that's happening to me. I've  spent hours resetting and trying to get the live feed with no success.  Glad I'm not the only one having this problem.  Hopefully sky tec can sort this out ASAP.
