I have Sky Protect. I have 4 devices insured.
I want to change one device (from an old TV to an iPhone).
All help and app solutions point me at phoning Sky to upgrade my policy to add a further device.
I was told explicitly when I bought the policy I could change devices, and change it on line... not have to phone, go through call waiting then get some hard sell.
Anyone done what I need to do without going through all that pain?
