Cannot connect video doorbell to phone
Hi, for some reason I cannot connect my video doorbell to my phone. When I I press to connect on my iPhone and on the sky protect app it just goes to 15% and then says try to reconnect. What do I need to do please?

I pressed the forget device and paired it all again and that seemed to work but then when I went to add my partners phone it lost it again. Very annoying.

I had issues connecting the chime to the sky protect app - I am using a google WiFi mesh for WiFi and had to plug the chime ethernet cable into the google mesh rather then my sky router to get it to work
not sure if that's any help or not

Had issues pairing video doorbell to chime , had spoke to sky online , to try sort no luck got moved to level 2 technicial , left chime connected to internet with doorbell beside it for 4-5 hours then tried it again (11pm at nite) low and behold it paired , did firm ware updates then set all other stuff up and all working , don't kno if it was a fluke or it needed more time connected too modem , but perseverance did it and now happy , only one thing I'll say is u need adjust leak sensors, as I've had couple false alarms , but in fairness where I stay it's a warm humid day
