Can’t log in to protect app.

 hi all, 

can't log in to the app at th moment, keep getting this error message. Before this the doorbell stopped recording clips. 
any help is appreciated 🤷‍♂️

As others have mentioned on here around login problems.

I am having similar random login problems with the app, the last few days since the Android update.

I have reported in our closed forum, for any help from Sky to pass onto the Sky Protect app team.

Have you made sure the Sly protect app has been updated to the latest level.
If so, would suggest a reboot of your phone and try again.

The previous login problems has been addressed so should be working for most customers.
If yours is still having problems would suggest contacting Sky using the call contact details in this article; using the 'I still need help' button.

Thank you @lettice. I'm using the latest version of Sky Protect for Apple iPhone.

Sky Protect version 1.15.0

Apple iPhone 14 version 

iOS 17.1.2

Hi have issues logging in to sky protect app. I keep getting the same error message others have had. I was wondering if anyone managed to sort the problem and log in. Any help appreciated. Thanks

its very annoying.. tried rebooting the phone still doesn't work.

I am also having problems with my Skyprotect app on my iphone. I have had to change my Sky account password a number of times as the Skyprotect app for some reason will not accept the password after a few days or so. Can someone please help?

Hello I've just downloaded the app, and unable to login or get any of my device set up. Is there anyway this can be resolved
