Can’t hear doorbell

I am asking again on here about problems with sky protect! The doorbell is low even at highest settings so missing people knocking. I'm regretting getting this package! Can you get the doorbell sound on your phone? Otherwise it's rubbish and missing parcels etc.. the chime isn't loud either any help please?

I have the same issue - max volume, tried all ringtones and can't hear when it is pressed if I am even in an adjacent room.

 

Shame that there is no reply to the OP.

 

Will be looking at alternatives (Ring?) when my insurance terminated ends.

Assuming from your post you have tried the Chime settings in the app.

Try a few of the different chime sounds to see if any of them work better for you.

 

My Chime sound is loud and can hear it through my house and I only have the Chime sound set to 75% of the volume scale.
