Can’t connect sensors

After eventually managing to connect my chime, I am now having issues connecting the contact sensors. Camera and bridge both have solid blue lights.. 

 

BT Home Hub and iPhone app if that makes a difference?

I have the same issue here, I've tried a few times on different sensors but I can't get them to connect at all. I also tried turning off 5GHz on the BT hub but that didn't make a difference.

After a few attempts I have managed to get things working. I'm not 100% sure what I did though! Lots of unplugging of the camera and sensor module, a few restarts of the app and I also found that I had a "stuck" firmware update on the front door camera which eventually cleared itself.

The Sky protect app provides live chat with Sky support.

Maybe, at times it's off and defaults to the FAQs.
