Can’t add a 2nd user with the same email address

Tried adding my wife as a 2nd user but when I put her email address in the box provided it fails saying the email address is already in use. We use the same email address which is the same one for our sky account

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@AandN1975  Your wife will have to use a different email address to be added as a user to the Sky protect app.
