Can i use my sky protect chime wirelessly as my router is in living room and no wires can reach to passage way, where i need the chime to be.
Or can the chime be plugged into the back of a wifi booster box.

The chime cannot be used wireless.
It needs to connect via an ethernet cable.
You could try connecting the chime with an ethernet cable to your wifi booster, if that booster has an available ethernet port and see if it works.
Another possibility is using power line adapters.
