Camera on door has stopped working

camera on front door has stopped connecting to live view message reads Trouble connecting to your device please try again get as far as 85 o/o then same message

Can you try removing the doorbell taking it indoors near to the chime then turning doorbell off with the little switch under the rubber tab

 

after a few minutes turn back on and let it sync up. May also be worth unplugging the chime for a a few minutes

After trying to reboot,charging and resetting I got in touch with Sky technical support and was told that about 3% of the cameras were faulty and they were working on fixing them and they would get back to me as soon
