Camera not recording clips but is showing live feed with audio, Tried unistalling app rebooting camera reinstalling camera but makes no difference. Was ok last night.

Not had any kind of glitch with recordings on my Video doorbell in a year or so of use.
Have you tried changing some of the recording settings in the app and set a zone?
Try changing the length of recordings (shorter will prolonge your battery life) and setting the interval between the clips.

Hi it's the indoor cameras that won't record we have tried everything but still don't don't do nothing sky told us it's a problem everywhere

Ok. Not heard anything that it a known problem.
The indoor camera will only record when the app is set to Armed not in disarmed mode), when away from your home.
Just tried mine and it recorded fine in armed mode and placed it in my cloud storage list.
You can also do a manual recording within the app and save it to a place of your choice with the share option that appears after you stop the manual recording.

Ours is armed it shows no clips recorded since Wednesday
