I have re-booted the app with no effect.
I have tried to log out of the app, this does not complete.
I have disconnected the chime and let it re-connect to my network.
I have checked an additional users app and it also has the same blue circle.
Is anyone else seeing the same things happening on their Sky protect app?

Had just taken it off the mount on the front door and it decided to come back to life, that is after over 3 hours being offline. The indoor cam is now working again as that was just showing a black screen and not even showing. But that is tech for you sometimes.

Same here. It seems to be slowly recovering now.

Mine app was doing this earlier.
It's recovered now.
Did not do anything apart from keep trying the app.

I've had this for two weeks now and have tired everything u have. Sky have.been an abasoulte joke with there help. Thinking of just cancelling as it getting really annoying

Well actually it doesn't appear to be logging any events now for me. Not getting notifications for the doorbell, and not getting any events for any of the sensors.

Has anyone be able to get logged in I. I'm sick of emailing sky and getting nowhere. Can't log in, no notifications nothing . No point having a ring door bell if u can't use it . Two weeks now

Sounds from your timing, you had a login problems before some of us did, so could be more of another issue for you.
Would suggest if you cannot log into the app and use the help or email from there to call Sky using either the Get in touch link or the I need help option at the bottom of this help page;
