Can you access your app by logging in?
Are you sure the error is with the app or the cameras, etc that you're trying to access via the app?
For example your Doorbell Camera or Indoor Camera.
If it's throwing up an error when you're trying to access these then it's likely these aren't installed correctly not the app.
Try ensuring all your equipment is within good range of your Broadband Hub and that you're installed correctly.
