Additional Users unable to view live feeds on Sky Protect Video doorbell camera
Morning. My additional users are unable to view live feeds off the door bell camera. And also unable to view indoor camera view. We have tried everything but still no solution.
Does anyone have an idea what to do pls? I have deleted and readded them but still no joy.

Not seen any problems with secondary users.
Would suggest getting them to sign out of the Sky Protect app.
Reboot their device.
Start the Sky Protect app and sign in.
If that does not work, would suggest sending an email to the Sky Protect team via the Support email listed in the app.

Thanks. They already did this. Signed out and signed back in. But made no difference.

@Midtin3 not much help but my additional users can still access the bell camera and the indoor camera i'd follow @lettice advice

I contacted Sky but they were unable to explain what is wrong. So it's been escalated.
