414 errors on sky protect app

Wow I've completely lost the plot, iPhone user, can't log into the sky protect app goes straight to 414 error, tried everything and every other device in the house, installed, uninstalled, phone reset and nothing, can't set up the tech so it's an utter farce , how to return tech and cancel insurance, I've reinstalled my old ring camera
