Sky Protect tech is truly awful. . Wish I hadn't thrown the box away. The chime is so poor. The doorbell camera runs out in days The water sensors go off all the time. . It's so useless. Only had it 2 weeks . Don't get it. Am going back to ring. There's only one place  protect is going and that's where it belongs . In the bin. Shocking product. Expected better from Sky

Not retaining the box should be immaterial to rejecting the product under normal consumer rights: it's not like a store return.

I'd observe that none of the Smart Tech bundle is actually Sky hardware: it's just their branding on a home insurance product underwritten by Zurich.
