Not being able to sign in to the app, and apparently not being able to cancel it!
Absolutely ridiculous because it's given me a new ID I can't sign in as it's linked to my ONLY email address, I've been on the phone for over 3 hours to 7-8 different people having to give my account details my bank details and still no one can help me, they just read off this website, which I have done before I rang them!
I have asked to cancel the smart home as I've had it 3 days and still can't log in so some freak somewhere else could be watching my cameras and I don't want to pay for someone else to have eyes into my world! But apparently the 4 people I've spoken to tonight can't **bleep** cancel it...I hung up in the end, I will just block any payments coming out of my account now! Absolute fraud from sky
