Can I use sky protect without a sky box

Hi,

so I wanted to know if I could still continue using sky protect for my devices if I cancelled my sky box? Or do I need to have a sky box to get sky protect

From what is says on the Sky  Protect device insurance page, it seems you can;

In the 'I'm upgrading or changing my equipment' section:

Leaving Sky? You'll get the same cover on your devices, just without the Sky equipment cover.

'Sky Protect' is a Domestic & General product which uses the Sky brand in its marketing and has access to Sky television subscriber lists for sales leads: maintaining cover is not contingent on continuing to be a Sky customer because the contract is with D&G.
