i have 2 phones on my contract and it wont allow any of us to make calls or receive calls, our data is also working terribly. Its been days, i have went through the help section on the sky website and tried everything but nothing seems to be working for either of us, i spoke to someone from sky over the live chat and they said it'd be fixed by yesterday at 8pm but it hasnt. my monthly bill has been paid for both phone contracts. I really just dont know whats going on, but it makes me worry that we cant make or receive calls
