not had wifi calling today, except for brief moment when going into phone setteings. Tried rebooting router. Not just my phone, but my wife's also. Both phones have it enabled, and usually it's working. Both phones Samsung A52 5g. Anyone else having similar issue. Real pain as trying to sort something out on paypal, and there is no way of getting past two step SMS authentication.

Hi, cheers for that. ran the broadband test, and although it said no problems, wifi calling back on again, straight after the test, so oviously cleared some problem.

Oh, gone again. Tried redoing the broadband test, but not worked this time. Interestingly, my wife told me her mother reported that my wife's number was different when my wife called her last (using WiFi calling). Looks.loke something very amiss going on. I do note that one of the sky Web diagnostic pages is down as well.

Oh, also noticed my phone had an update pending, so updated hoping that was maybe the problem (after WiFi calling g had vanished for the second time) but to no avail, unfortunately.

The same here. On three phones, that were working earlier today. Samsung note 8, S20 plus 5g and Iphone 12. Sky service status says all is well. It isnt. have you managed to get anywhere with this huge problem? Thanks

Not as yet. Tried calling them on 150 (not affecting landline), but then told only account holder can do it. That's my wife and unfortunately she's out. Frustrating.

My sky mobile is not working for Wi-Fi calls or texts via my sky broadband Wi-Fi. The issue, whatever it is, is sky. Constant problems with my sky mobile/Wi-Fi calls since I got it in January - wishing I'd stayed with Vodafone. When calls do actually work on Wi-Fi calling I can't hear the person on the other end (it's so distorted) but they can hear me clearly Often calls will just cut out randomly too. Now today can't make any calls via Wi-Fi calling at all. I rely on this as there is no 3g or 4g where I live (rural island) Need this resolved asap.

WiFi calling back working this morning. Didn't do anything since last post so can only assume problem was at there end. See how long it lasts now.

Yes, the same here. Must have been a sky mobile issue. Good of them to inform us. Not. The fault didn't even show on the service status checker. Oh, well. As long as it doesn't go off again😀

Same issue again today, just got cut off during a call and now it won't make outgoing calls again 😡

Doctor about my sick baby and can't use my sky mobile phone with or without sky broadband food Wi-Fi calls. Come on sky 😡

I had Vodafone for 10 years before this and no such problem. It's happened again today where I can't make calls at all and it happened last night when I had to call 101 for a medical issue with my new born and I couldn't hear the operator the lien was soo bad (this happens on all my calls, the other end is too distorted to understand). I am entitled to end my contract as they are no providing the service undertaken and which I am paying for

Yes I'm having exactly the same for weeks now. Wi-fi signal is strong, I'm in airplane mode ... but still calls drop out or are very broken. Sky don't seem interested in helping!
