Cancelled my Sky mobile middle of last month, refund owed but not yet received - now told over the phone that it should be in my bank account by the 10th of next month. Thank you Sky, for hanging on to my money for nearly a month! On top of today's astronomical price rises (NOT 6.7% as suggested, more like 10% for me!) it seems being a customer for over 20 years means absolutely nothing any more. Their service to customers gets worse all the time. Sorry, just needed to let off a bit of steam . . .
