I have had my iphone for 2 years and im due for a upgrade and when i try it tells me i am not entitled to upgrade. i spoke to a sky rep in the summer and she said as part of the conversation i am eligible for a upgrade then, i said i would wait for the new iphone to drop. i have been a sky customer for over 10 years too. and my bills have always have been paid on time.

150 does not work and it seems virtually impossible to contact these jokers
