I obtained an iphone 12 last year, without sim, Ibelieve we should have returned it, however my stepdaughted wanted to keep it, today a year after my stepdaughter is saying that the phone is turning off by itself, so it needs either repairing or upgrading to a new phone contract, therefore, I have tried to do a my swap in the app but is teling me to call a number but for some reason your AI answered an doesnt put me in contact with a customer service representative.
Please help, so we can sort the iphohe 12, to either replace it with a new contract or send it back to repair.
Thanks
